The Yakima EasyRider Double Decker Trailer # Y08129 comes with the 78" Yakima HD crossbars. You can definitely fit your 4 bikes (as the 78" bars can accommodate 6 bikes) and you might be able to also fit your kayak but you'll want to test it out a little to confirm this beforehand.
The JayHook # Y04084 will fit the HD bars (my contact at Yakima said it might be a little tricky to fit, but it does fit), and it measures 9-1/2" wide. Since your kayak will be sitting at an angle your whole kayak setup will take up more than 9-1/2" of width but you should be able to determine how much by setting your kayak at an angle and seeing how wide it is that way. As long as you have at least 50" of space leftover then you're good to go!
If you don't already have roof mount bike racks then I highly recommend using 4 of the Yakima HighRoad # Y02114 because you don't have to remove the front wheel off of your bikes. You can upgrade these to mount in the T-Slot using the kit # Y02122, and then if you want to add matching lock cores to all 4 bike racks you can use the kit # Y07208 which comes with 8 cores.
