For your Titan Aero 6000 the push rod you will need is the Replacement Push Rod Assembly for Titan Model 60 Brake Actuator # T2346300. The Aero 6000 is the same as the Model 60 in the internal components. The sticking issue is likely a spring issue or guide assembly issue so you will want to replace it.

The Replacement Master Cylinder Assembly part #T4820000 is designed for Titan Model 60 Brake Actuators like what you have and is for disc brakes. Then for a replacement shock you'd need the part #T2336200 and you'd be set.
