Question:
I have the Torklift 20k hitch, love it. When not using the extension, which 2” receiver hole should be used? Top or bottom or either?

Great question! The TorkLift SuperHitch Original Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class V - Dual 2" Receivers # TLC1201 is designed so that either receiver can be used for normal operation. Simply use whichever one works better for your towing application.
