The roof rack I recommend for a 2018 Ford F-150 (SuperCrew and SuperCab) is the Yakima JetStream Crossbar System part # Y00426, part # Y28TR, and part # Y06122 which is a personal favorite of mine. Then you can use pretty much any cargo box or basket you want such as the Yakima GrandTour Premium Rooftop Cargo Box part # YA84FR or Yakima MegaWarrior Large Roof Rack Cargo Basket part # Y07080.
In order to install something like the Rhino-Rack RT-Style Roof Rack Tracks part # RRRTS502F you'd need to drill into the roof which I strongly advise against.
