Best Way To Lock B&W Tow & Stow Ball Mount

Question:

Hi. I am looking for a lock for a BandW adjustable hitch and was looking for the best one available. Your site mentions the ACC3250 + SHP2061 combination. Is this the best for the hitch or do you recommend something else? I have read how easy some locks can be defeated using a pipe. The above-mentioned combination looks like it might be immune. On another note, your site said that there is a newer pin available, the SHP359 but I don’t see it. Which is the right one? Also, is some cover available for the lock to protect it from the elements while driving? Thanks for any information you can provide.

It sounds like you might be looking for a way to lock a B&W Tow & Stow Ball Mount like part # BWTS10049B. If that's the case then you will want to use the InfiniteRule Locking Pins for B & W Tow and Stow part # 34061775-D which is designed for this exact purpose.

The parts you mentioned would not work for this application as they only fit products with hollow shanks.
