For the 2019 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk 4x4 with the 2 speed transfer case, you'd use the Blue Ox # BX1143 which is compatible with Blue Ox tow bars, along with certain Roadmaster and Demco tow bars if the correct adapter is used. I'll link you to our Base Plate adapter table which shows which adapters are needed to use Blue Ox Base Plates with various brand tow bars.

You'll also need a wiring solution, safety cables if you don't already have them, a supplemental brake systsem and possibly a high/low adapter if the height difference between the installed base plate and the hitch on the motorhome is greater than 3 inches.
