Will this hold a kids bike? Whats the minimum wheel base?

The Kuat Transfer 3 Bike Platform Rack part # KU24FR will work just fine with kids bikes so long as they have a wheel size of 18" at a minimum. That said, Kuat does not provide a minimum wheelbase. If you have at least 20" diameter wheels then wheelbase won't be an issue.
