Is it 3000 pounds per bag = 6000 pounds or is it 3000 pounds total?

The total capacity of the Firestone Coil-to-Air-Spring Conversion Kit part # F2595 which is a fit for a 2017 Ram 1500 is 3,000 lbs. That said, this only really translates to payload or pin/tongue weight so you won't ever have to worry about exceeding this figure. Firestone doesn't really rate each airbag individually.
