Yes, the Curt Universal Fifth Wheel Base Rails # C16204 will work with your 2018 Ram 3500. In order to use them you will also need a Curt 5th wheel bracket kit, the Curt Custom Fifth Wheel Bracket Kit # CU96FR.
You can also get the rails and brackets in a set:
- Curt Custom Fifth Wheel Installation Kit for Ram # C16430-204
Both will fit your 2018 Ram 3500 and work with a Curt 20,000 lb 5th wheel hitch like the Curt A20 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # C16140.
