First you'll need a trailer hitch installed on your 1999 Buick Century which for that the best option is the Draw Tite part # 36374 which has the best towing capacities, for trailer wiring the # 18252 is what you need and then for a ball mount # 36061 with hitch balls # 19258 for a 2 inch ball or part # 19257 for a 1-7/8 inch ball.
