Question:
I have 2019 Honda CRV Touring. I had dealer install factory oem Trailer package. I believe its 1 1/4 inch receiver with 2inch ball. This is concealed type with cross bar behind trailer I have lightweight trailer less than 1500 lbs but has 7 way pole as has electric brakes I dont plan to use electric brakes and wondering my options to install a 7 way receptacle on my car and use exsiting 4 way wiring with the style/size of trailer hitch I have only pull camping trailer once a year so looking for cleanest and relative easiest way given I just bought the car and hitch

Since you don't plan on using other functions of the 7-way and only want to use the 4-way functions of the trailer wiring on your 2019 Honda CR-V all you have to do is add an adapter, the Adapter 4-Pole to 7-Pole # 37185.
You can simply plug this into your 4-way and tie off the remaining wires as you will not be using those functions. The only thing I'm not certain about is where you will mount it as we aren't familiar with the factory hitches and I was unable to find an image of where the wiring connector is. You may be able to use the No-Drill Mount for Electrical Mounting Bracket # 18140.
Your other option is to cut off the 7-way on the trailer and wire in a new harness, the Wesbar 4-Pole Flat Connector # W787264. To do this you would also need butt connectors # 05731-5.
I've added a link to a video review for you to check out as well.
