At this time the Stealth Hitch is the only unit available that's confirmed to fit the M Sport model of your BMW X5.

Part # SH79VR I’m interested in the stealth hidden hitch receiver. However, I wanted to know will the hitch with a bike rack interfere with my “PDC” sensors once installed? Is there special wiring I would need to disable this? Thanks for you input!

The Stealth Hitch # SH79VR shouldn't affect the parking sensors on your BMW. It honestly might be worth it to check with a local BMW dealer though about what actually attaching a bike rack might do - they may info on how to override the sensors when loading up the bikes or have a sensor relocation kit if needed.
