Can item#F2430 firestone riderite air helper springsbe adapted to a 2019 GMc Sierra 1500 ?

The 2019 GMC Sierra 1500 that you have requires the Firestone RideRite kit part # F2609 which does use technically the same air bag as the Firestone kit you have now but uses all different brackets and hardware that we aren't able to source. So your best option is to go with the # F2609 instead for your new truck. You could possibly sell the entire kit you have from the old truck as a whole second hand to offset cost.
