Hello: Is this all i need for a lightweight trailer for 3 kayaks? the kayaks are 16.5ft, 14ft, 16ft. What am i missing? Its going on a 2006 Audi A6 wagon. In order to tow a trailer like the Malone MegaSport Kayak Trailer part # MPG535 with a 2006 Audi A6 you'll need the following:
Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C11344
Curt Class II Drawbar part # C45521 (Required by Curt for Above Curt Trailer Hitch)
TowSmart 2" Hitch Ball part # TS54FR
Curt Class I and II Pin and Clip part # F-4
Curt Powered Tail Light Converter with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector part # C59236
The Spare Tire for Malone MegaSport Kayak Trailer part # MPG540 will then work just fine with the Malone MegaSport Kayak Trailer. If you don't already have a way to secure the kayaks, the Malone J-Pro2 Kayak Carrier with Tie-Downs part # MPG117MD is what I'd use.
