Question:

Based on my research, it looks like your 2006 Rockwood Signature Ultra Lite camper has a tandem axle setup and the axles are 4,000 lb AL-KO torsion axles. There should be a label on the axle listing the manufacturer and the weight rating of the axle so that you can confirm these are the axles on your trailer.
From there we will want to measure the brake assembly's mounting flange to make sure we get the correct replacement assemblies. We'll need to measure the top bolts center to center, the bottom bolts center to center, and the distance from the top to the bottom bolts center to center.
The only brake assembly option we have around the 4,000lb capacity are the Dexter Electric Trailer Brake Kit 10 Inch, 4,400 lbs in either the manual adjustment # K23-462-463-00 or the Nev-R-Adjust # K23-478-479. I have attached a photo showing the mounting bolt pattern of these brake assemblies. If your current brake assemblies match this bolt pattern, then these brakes would be a good replacement option.
