Question:
I have a 2016 f350 6.5foot box. With the ford puck system. I have an A25 head unit installed in the truck currently. Is there a sliding system that I can use my existing A25 head with or another option for kingpin box?

You can use your Curt A25 Head Unit # C16580 with the Curt 5th Wheel Round Tube Slider # C16020 to fit the OEM puck system on your 2016 Ford F-350 with the short bed. This will all fit together but it is worth noting that the slider is only rated for 24,000 lbs so it will remove 1,000 lbs of weight capacity to the head unit itself.
I confirmed this fitment with my contact at Curt.
