As long as there is nothing on top of the truck bed sides that would interfere with the bed pads making contact with the truck bed sides, the Swagman Pick-Up Truck Bed mounted 2 bike carrier, part # S64702 would be a great choice for your 2006 Chevy Colorado. The rack is length-adjustable from 52-69 inches in width.

I have a 2002 Chevy Silverado Extended cab. I would prefer this style of bike rack, but I have a spray-in-liner with the liner going over the bed rails. Will the bed liner pose a problem with using this bike rack? If so, do you have any recommendations to overcome this hurdle? Thanks,Scott
