Question:
Will blocking off the bottom vent help prevent dust from entering trailer ??? On enclosed cargo trailer do I even need vents??

If you close the vent of the 2-Piece Side Vent for Enclosed Trailer # 9139 you'd greatly reduce dust getting into your trailer. It's not air tight though so some might make it through but I wouldn't expect it to be a level that you'd notice.
