Will these steps fit a 2020 Colorado with factory splash guards?

Yes the Westin PRO TRAXX Oval Nerf Bars - 4" - Black Powder Coated Steel part # 21-24015 is a confirmed fit for your crew cab 2020 Chevrolet Colorado. The mud flaps will be ahead of the running boards slightly so there will be no interference.
