Do the Hooks Need To Be Changed When Installing Yakima FullBack 2 Bike Rack On 2015 Toyota RAV4

Question:
Just received my Yakima bike rack from e trailer. Instructions are confusing to whether you need anchors or no anchors on a RAV4 with a spoiler. Extremely confusing. Video shows no anchors but instructions says you need anchors on top hatch,any clarification

I checked with Yakima about installing the Yakima FullBack 2 Bike Rack part # Y02634 on a 2015 Toyota RAV4 and they recommend that the lower hooks be changed and installed in anchor mode.
