The Wheel Masters Eagle Vision Universal Extendable Towing Mirror - Strap On - Qty 1 # WM6600 or the CIPA Universal Door Mount Mirror # CM45000 are great options to mount to the left side of your right hand drive 1993 Land Cruiser. For a fender mount you may consider the K-Source Replacement Side Mirror - Manual - Chrome - Driver or Passenger Side # KSH3661.
