Can Thule Compass Kayak Carrier be Used With 2 Kayaks Side-by-Side

can this system be used as a saddle carrier for 2 kayaks laying flat side by side on a sylvan sport go camper

The Thule Compass Kayak and SUP Carrier with Tie-Downs # TH890000 can be used with two kayaks, but they have to be on their side and not laying flat.
The only way to carry a pair of kayaks laying flat is by using two saddle-style carriers, the Thule DockGlide Kayak Carrier with Tie-Downs # TH896.
The issue with this is that kayaks are generally too wide to fit next to each other on a single rack system, which is why they need to be on their sides. I have added links to video reviews for both carriers for you to check out as well.
