Can Tekonsha Trailer Wiring Harness for 2012 Honda Odyssey install on Vehicle with Backup Sensors

Question:
Looking at the tekonsha 118521 for my 2012 Honda Odyssey Touring Elite. I have watched your install video and look at the back panel. You say if you have something in the port it will be park assist. I have nothing in the port but I do have backup sensors. Thoughts?

If the port for the Tekonsha harness part # 118521 is open on your 2012 Honda Odyssey just go ahead and install the harness in it without worrying about the back up sensors and you'd be totally fine.
