Hi, do you have to raise the car on a jack to install or can you install without raising the car?

It is not necessary to have your 2021 Kia Seltos up on a lift or jack to install the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C65FR.
It may be slightly easier given you'll have more room if you were to use something like the FloTool RhinoRamps Max Vehicle Ramp Set # FT11912MI and Wheel Chocks # FT11930MI but it is not necessary for the installation.
