I purchased a Roadmaster 1139-189 anti sway bar but couldnt afford the whole package now I want to get the steel w/ polyurethane bushings for it and cannot find the bushings for that 1 3/8 bar can you help me

The Roadmaster Front Anti-Sway Bar # RM-1139-189 you referenced only comes as a complete kit. We don't have the bushings or bar available separately. This is the fit for the 2016 Ford E-450 but not the same year F-450 you have in the question fit guide. For the F-450, you would instead use Roadmaster Front Anti-Sway Bar # RM-1139-179. This is a 1-1/2 inch bar and is confirmed to fit.
