I have an Thule Sweden bike rack that needs new cradles and straps, 1 diameter. Would HR740P work? If not or is there another one that you would recommend.

For your 1 inch diameter bars, the Replacement Standard Cradles for Hollywood Racks Bike Carrier with 1" Arms - Qty 2 # HR740-P. You can also use the Replacement T3 Cradle Body for Thule Bike Carriers # 853-5829 with strap # 753-3535. This is designed to also use # 753-3530 for anti-sway.
