I have a mazda cx-9 with a 2 receiver, looking for the best option to attach a bike rack and hitch hauler to the same hitch

It sounds like you need to haul your bikes and tow a trailer at the same time. If the bike rack is not approved for use on a trailer then the best option is the Curt Multipurpose Ball Mount part # D210 because it does not reduce tongue weight capacity.
If the bike rack is rated for use on a trailer then you can attach it with either the Stromberg Carlson Bike Bunk Trailer-Mounted Bike Rack Carrier part # CC-275 or Curt RV Bumper 2" Trailer Hitch Receiver part # E-100.
