Does Better Bath RV Shower Pan Rest on Floor of RV

Question:
Am wanting to convert bathtub/shower into walk in shower! Im a big guy as is my son, and was thinking this would be more stable weight wise than the tub? does the bottom of base sit on floor directly for stablility??

The Better Bath RV Shower Pan # LC210377 does sit directly on the floor or bracing of the RV so it would not give at all when using it.
