The Thule # TH9027XT Apex Swing and the Curt Class III # C64NR hitch will work perfectly with your 2020 Honda Odyssey.
When the distance the hitch receiver is recessed under the vehicle is compared to the necessary clearance between the bumper and the nearest upright portion of the bike rack are compared, I found that there's plenty of room to spare.
