For your 2006 Winnebago Sightseer Class A Motorhome built on the Ford F53 Chassis, the correct Roadmaster Steering Stabilizer is part # RM-RBK22-RSSA.
This includes the Roadmaster Reflex Steering Stabilizer as well as the required mounting kit to install it on the I-beam front axle of your Sightseer with the V10 engine.
