The Redarc Tow-Pro Elite Trailer Brake Controller part # RED44FR is an excellent option for a 2020 Toyota Land Cruiser. That said, there is no adapter for the Land Cruiser so you simply need to splice into the wires for installation. If you don't want to do any splicing we do have a wireless option in the Curt Echo Wireless Trailer Brake Controller part # C51180.
