Recommended Generator Adapter for 30 Amp RV Shore Power

Question:
I have a new 10,000 watt generator that I would like to power my 26 ft 5th-whl with. The panel connection is a 120/240V AC 30 amp 4 prong twist lock L14-30R that I need an adaptor plug preferred but could use a short cord to attach my 3 prong 30 amp RV cord to. I only have 1 air unit, plus of course refrigerator and microwave. Most of the plugs I find available are limited to a max of 3750 watts. What is your recommendation?

Expert Reply:
For your generator adapter plug, I recommend the Mighty Cord Generator Adapter for RV Power Cord - 30 Amp Female to 30 Amp Twist Lock Male - 12" # A10-G30430VP. This short 12 inch adapter won't restrict your wattage any more than your RV shore power cord which will also restrict the watts transferred.
