The correct Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver for a 2007 Audi Q7 is indeed part # 13220 which is a custom fit so no drilling into the vehicle is required and it has a hidden design for a very nice, clean finished install look. If you are looking to use the hitch for a bike rack and don't already have one, the Thule Hitching Post Pro part # TH934XTR is what I recommend as it offers the best value.
