Testing Output on Prodigy P3 Brake Controller

Hi we have a 2019 Dodge Durango that we just Added from our old vehicle the Prodigy P3 brake controller. We look like we ave power and units says trailer connected we have set to level 5.5 boost level one But when you step on brake the numbers stay at zero So I don’t think controller is working? Thank you for your help

Are you testing the P3, part # 90195, with the Durango moving? It's a proportional controller so if you're not moving the controller won't sense any movement and won't send any power back to the brakes.
Test with the manual override and see if the brakes engage. If so then try driving and testing.
Did you use the # TK93VR harness? If so it should be plug in play but if you had to hardwire it and it's still not working while you're driving then it sounds like the red wire isn't connected properly. It needs to hardwire to the cold side of the stop light switch that only shows power with the brake pedal pressed.
