Question:

N158 key/lock. the key shaft broke off inside the lock core, cant remove it. need to order the whole lock assembly not just the core. Do you have this part? Thanks, Matt

While we do not have the entire lock assembly available there is an easy and straight forward solution for you. I have had excellent results removing the lock core using a 3/8" drill bit into the center of the lock core at a very slow speed. Once you get the bit in about 3/4 of the way the core will turn and can be easily removed. At that point replace it with the Replacement Lock Cylinder for Thule Racks and Carriers part # THLOCKN158 and the Replacement Key for Thule Racks and Carriers part # THKEYN158

If you do not still have your master key use the Universal Change Key for Thule Locks part # 853-1251
