Is there a class v hitch that fits where the factory hitch is and not below it

The only class V trailer hitch available for a 2019 Nissan Titan XD is the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C15306 which installs beneath the factory trailer hitch. The factory trailer hitch actually cannot be removed as it is crucial to the support/structure of the vehicle therefore this is your only option.
