Can Older Yakima Q-Tower Round Bar Roof Rack Be Used on 2017 GMC Sierra 2500

I have 20 year old round tube bike rack that I have bought clips for at least 3 different vehicles. Based on the pictures, I think my towers are less than 10 years old. My question, will that system with the correct clips work with a kayak on the roof of a 2017 double cab GMC sierra denali? I cant use the bed because I am pulling a 5th wheel trailer.

By clips, I'm assuming you mean the vehicle specific portion of a roof rack that fastens the foot pack to the vehicle.
Unfortunately, Yakima discontinued their Q Towers a couple of years ago, and the currently available vehicle clips aren't compatible with your older towers. The good news is that you would be able to reuse your existing crossbars, but you'd need the following updated parts to use them on your 2017 GMC Sierra 2500:
Yakima BaseLine Towers, part # Y28TR
Round Bar Adapters, part # Y03536
Vehicle Specific BaseClips, part # Y06122
