In the instructions, under adjusting the power to the trailer #2 says With engine running hold manual full left and set power knob to to indicate 6 What does hold manual full left mean.

The Tekonsha PRIMUS brake controller, # TK90160, has a manual override lever located on the front right side. It is just a lever or button that you push in. The instructions are stating that for that particular step you need to hold in the manual override as far as it will go. I have included a picture and a link to the instructions. The manual override is part C in the picture.
