Question:
I have a 2007 F-150 Lariat the top half of my mirrors are chrome plated and the rest of the mirror is black plastic. Will this part fit my vehicle? I have read where some people had trouble with the lariat or chrome plated mirrors. I attached a picture to help.

According to CIPA, their # CM11800 slip-on towing mirrors are a fit for the mirrors you show in your photo. I've put together a photo showing your mirrors with those on the vehicle that CIPA did the test fit on. Perhaps they were referring to the mirrors that have the chrome facing on the entire rear of the mirror housing?
