Question:

I have a RangeRover and the tow hitch is 8 inches under the vehicle, we have a long extension with a tow ball on for towing boats and Horse trailer. I would like to buy a Thule easy fold cycle rack but would it fit the Range Rover without rubbing on the back of the vehicle.

The Thule EasyFold XT 2 E-Bike Platform Rack # TH903202 is 8 inches from the center of the hitch pin hole to the upright bar of the carrier. My recommendation for your is to use the Hitch Extender For 2" Trailer Hitch Receiver 7" # HE06 or the 8" Curt Extender # C45791 with an Brophy Stabilizer Clamp and U-Bolt for 2" Hitch Receiver - Black Powder Coated Steel # RSCP to help reduce any sway in the adapter. You may also want to use etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock - Flush Design for 2" Trailer Hitches # e98880 to secure the extender to your hitch receiver.
