Question:
I already own one of your hitch locks I used it on my Ford Expedition I recently purchased a tundra and wanted to know if it can be re-keyed or programmed

The hitch locks we offer that key to the vehicle keys can only be programmed once. Also they are manufacturer specific so even if you could reprogram your Ford lock it couldn't be used with a Toyota key. So since you have a Toyota key the correct BOLT lock you need is the part # BL7023584.
