Does MB Sturgis Propane Elbow Adapter Have 3/8" Internal Diameter

Question:
I would like to use this part as a recepticle for a 3/8 od oil line to a motorcycle tank. by using three of them one screwed into the other to turn the oil 180 degrees. does the 3/8 refer to the ID of the male part?

The 3/8" talked about for the MB Sturgis Propane Elbow Adapter # 204163 is the internal diameter. Sometimes fitting sizes can be confusing for propane parts because the measurement given goes by the internal and not the external dimensions.
Since this is designed specifically for propane I'm not sure how well this will work for an oil line, plus the fittings will likely be different than your motorcycle so you'll have to get creative on that side of things.
