The only hitch that is going to work for a 2002 Ford E-450 RV cutaway model is a multi-fit motor home hitch like # 13703. Measure the outside to outside frame distance. If it is 22 to 72 inches wide you can use this hitch. I have included a link to the installation instructions for you to view.
