Does the standard rim come even for the bolts on the rim?

The Dexstar Steel Spoke Trailer Wheel part # AM20428 which is an excellent made in USA option does not come with lug nuts if that is what you are asking but these can be obtained using the CE Smith Trailer Wheel Lug Nut part # CE11051. Don't forget the Americana Rubber, Snap-In Valve Stem part # AM20903 as well.
