looking at item # sp-040275can you tell me if the eye hole will accepta 3/4 inch bolt?

The 4-Leaf Slipper Spring w/ Flat End part # SP-040275 is designed for 9/16" bolts only, the Spring-Eye Bolt with Locknut for Slipper Springs part # 166079. There isn't any way to use a 3/4" bolt with this leaf spring nor do we have an option that will in this size.
