Is this the correct item part number-UF21-001095 for our 2019 276RKDS Coachmen Freedom Express Ultra Light travel trailer? We have the wider spacing between axles on this model. Please let us know as soon as possible. We are looking to purchase today.

I do believe you have found them! As long as the spacing between the wheel is from 3"-17" the Super Grip Chock XL Wheel Stabilizers for Tandem-Axle part # UF21-001095 will work out really well.
