I do have a solution for you, but there isn't a roof rack option available for your 2004 Honda Civic Coupe that would allow you to carry your SUP (stand up paddle board) using a traditional board carrier, like the Thule # TH810001 you were looking at.

Your best option is to use the SeaSucker Board Carrier # 298-BX1806. This carrier uses incredibly strong vacuum cups to securely attach directly to the roof of your Civic, without the need for a separate roof rack system. It works with boards up to 31" wide and includes two nylon cam-buckle straps to secure your SUP.
