I have. Ford E450 class C ,7.3 diesel motor .it is a motorhome and would like to replace front sway bar I’m confused with 1139-163 or 1139-115 thanks

The correct front sway bar for your 2001 E-450 chassis that has a V8 diesel engine is the Roadmaster part # RM-1139-115.
