Hi, after the hitch installation, will the car panel be able to cover the hitch correctly?

You will be able to re-install the rear panel on your 2020 Cadillac XT4 after installation of either hitch that fits your vehicle, the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C39FR.
Additionally, if you plan on towing and need a trailer wiring harness, the right one for your '20 XT4 is the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118795.
