I am wondering if this will fit my 2013 Homesteader 712HX Dump Trailer?

As long as your current equalizers and shackle straps match the dimensions of what comes in the Dexter Heavy-Duty Suspension Kit # K71-359-00 then you should be good to go.
The equalizers measure 5-3/4" long from center-hole to center-hole and 2" high (see attached) while the shackle strap length is 2-1/4" from center hole to center hole.
Please note that these are designed for 1-3/4" wide double-eye leaf springs. I'm pretty sure that's what you have but you'll want to verify this on your end too.
